Dr. Kristen Guillory, as featured on CBS and FOX, affiliates is the president of KSGUILLORY Enterprises and sought after speaker, speaker coach, author and trainer who uses her signature method that incorporates her own life experiences, contagious enthusiasm, dance, and a touch of humor. With a presentation compilation that includes over 1,000 speaking engagements to over 100,000 attendees across several cities and states in North and South America. A renowned speaker coach, Dr. Guillory has coached celebrities, educators, mothers, CEOs in more than 7 countries. Dr. Guillory has authored several books including Walking Through the Fog: Holding on to Hope When You Can't See the Sun.

Dr. Guillory was a professor for 12 years, teaching in Social Work and Counseling departments and taught her first college course at 24 years old. Yes 24 yall! She graduated with her PhD at 27 being the youngest, only woman and only person of color to earn a PhD from her department. She also has extensive experience in mental health as a therapist, program director, advocate, and trainer, with her most requested topics centered on self-care and compassion fatigue and the power of your voice.

Dr. Guillory is a very very very proud aunt who loves to solo travel, believes in the power of self-care, hosts international self-care trips for women and loves to dance! Yaaas!
